License Terms
Effective Date: September 2026
These License Terms explain how Odivora products, software, digital resources, technical materials, project resources, code, designs, and related content may be used.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using an Odivora product or resource, you agree to the applicable terms below.
1. Personal & Educational Use
Odivora provides many products and resources for learning, education, research, training, experimentation, and personal development.
Unless a product states otherwise, users may use purchased materials for their own learning, practice, research, demonstrations, and personal projects.
Educational resources may be used by students, teachers, researchers, developers, and other learners for legitimate educational purposes.
2. Commercial Use
Some Odivora products may be suitable for commercial or business use.
Unless a product's specific license says otherwise, purchasing a product does not automatically transfer ownership of Odivora's intellectual property.
Users may use a product in their own work or business where the product is intended for such use, but may not claim ownership of Odivora's original materials.
Where commercial use requires a separate license, Odivora may provide an appropriate commercial or extended license.
3. Modification & Customization
Users may modify, adapt, configure, or customize Odivora materials where the product license permits such modification.
For example, users may modify project code, configurations, templates, or educational materials for learning, experimentation, or authorized projects.
Modifying a product does not transfer ownership of the original Odivora material to the user.
4. Redistribution
Odivora products are generally provided for use by the purchaser or authorized user.
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable product license, users should not upload, publish, distribute, or share the original product files publicly or through file-sharing platforms.
Users may share their own work created using Odivora resources where doing so does not redistribute the original Odivora product.
5. Resale
Odivora digital products, software, reports, templates, project files, source code, and educational materials may not be resold as standalone products unless Odivora expressly grants permission.
Purchasing a product gives the purchaser a right to use the product, not the right to establish a competing product based substantially on Odivora's original materials.
6. Source Code
Where source code is included with an Odivora product, the purchaser may generally inspect, modify, and use the code according to the applicable product license.
Users may use modified code within their own projects where permitted.
However, the original source code should not be repackaged and sold or redistributed as an Odivora replacement or competing product without permission.
Third-party libraries, frameworks, and components included in a product remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Project Reports & Academic Materials
Odivora may provide project reports, project ideas, technical documentation, research resources, code examples, simulations, and related educational materials.
These resources are intended to support learning, research, project development, and technical understanding.
Users are responsible for reviewing, understanding, adapting, testing, and properly referencing materials where required.
Odivora materials must not be presented or submitted as a user's own original academic work where doing so would violate the rules of an educational institution or applicable academic standards.
Odivora does not guarantee that a particular institution, lecturer, supervisor, examiner, or academic program will accept a particular resource.
8. Software Licensing
Odivora software products are licensed to the purchaser or authorized user rather than sold as a transfer of intellectual-property ownership.
Unless otherwise stated, users may install and use the software for its intended purpose on their own compatible devices.
Users may not intentionally bypass licensing mechanisms, remove ownership notices, or distribute modified copies as official Odivora software.
Each software product may contain additional license or usage terms specific to that product.
9. Physical Hardware & Components
Odivora may offer physical products such as Arduino boards, development boards, sensors, electronic modules, components, project kits, and related hardware.
Ownership of a purchased physical product transfers to the customer after purchase, subject to the applicable purchase, warranty, and return conditions.
Ownership of the physical hardware does not automatically transfer ownership of Odivora's related software, documentation, designs, firmware, branding, or intellectual property.
Third-party hardware remains subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms and warranties.
10. Engineering Designs
Odivora may provide engineering designs, circuit diagrams, firmware, schematics, prototypes, technical drawings, project designs, and related engineering resources.
These materials may be used for learning, prototyping, testing, and authorized projects according to the applicable product license.
Engineering materials should be properly tested and validated before being used in safety-critical, industrial, commercial, or high-risk applications.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Odivora does not guarantee that a prototype or design will be suitable for every environment or application.
11. AI-Generated or AI-Assisted Materials
Some Odivora products or development processes may involve artificial intelligence or AI-assisted tools.
AI-assisted content is provided as a practical resource and may require review, testing, correction, customization, or further development.
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy, suitability, originality, and functionality of AI-assisted materials before relying on them.
Where third-party AI tools or services are involved, their respective terms may also apply.
12. Intellectual Property
Odivora and its licensors retain ownership of their original intellectual property, including applicable software, source materials, documentation, designs, branding, logos, graphics, written content, and other original works.
Purchasing or downloading an Odivora product does not transfer ownership of Odivora's intellectual property unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Users retain ownership of their own original work created independently from Odivora materials.
Where third-party materials are included, ownership remains with the respective third-party owners.
13. Third-Party Components
Odivora products may contain or interact with third-party software, libraries, hardware, services, APIs, frameworks, or other components.
Such components may have separate licenses and terms.
Where applicable, users are expected to comply with the relevant third-party licenses.
Odivora does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
14. No Plagiarism / Academic Submission
Odivora educational and project resources are provided to assist users with learning, research, experimentation, and project development.
Users should not submit Odivora materials as their own original academic work where doing so would constitute plagiarism, academic misconduct, or a violation of institutional rules.
Users are encouraged to understand, modify, test, and properly acknowledge materials where appropriate.
15. Warranty & Liability Limitations
Odivora aims to provide useful, practical, and reasonably tested products and resources.
However, software, code, technical information, project designs, educational materials, and engineering resources may contain limitations, errors, or require adaptation to a particular environment.
Users should test products and technical materials before using them in important, commercial, industrial, or safety-sensitive applications.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Odivora is not responsible for losses, damages, or failures resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, incorrect implementation, incompatibility, or use outside the intended purpose of a product.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Product-Specific Licenses
Some Odivora products may have additional or different license terms.
Where a product page, README file, software license, documentation, purchase agreement, or accompanying file provides specific licensing conditions, those conditions apply to that product.
If a product-specific license conflicts with these general License Terms, the product-specific license will normally take priority for that product.
Odivora may update or improve its license terms from time to time as its products and services evolve.
17. Questions About Licensing
If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact Odivora before redistributing, reselling, publishing, or commercially deploying the material.
